At Rhino Sawmills, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day full money-back return policy on all machines purchased directly from us.
Eligibility for Return:
To qualify for a full refund, the machine must be returned within 7 days from the day it was received by the customer.
The machine must be returned in its original condition, without any alterations or signs of excessive use.
All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included in the return.
Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for any shipping or transportation costs associated with returning the machine to Rhino Sawmills' premises.
Please ensure that returns are securely packaged and shipped with a tracking number, as Rhino Sawmills is not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refund Process:
Upon receiving the returned machine, Rhino Sawmills will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return criteria.
If the return is approved, a full refund will be issued to the customer within 14 business days.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
2. 2-Year Quality Guarantee on New Machines
All new machines sold by Rhino Sawmills come with a 2-year quality guarantee, covering defects in materials and workmanship under regular use.
What the Warranty Covers:
The warranty includes repairs or replacement parts for manufacturing defects that impair the function of the machine.
Rhino Sawmills will provide the necessary parts or labor for repairs free of charge within the 2-year warranty period.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover:
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect, or accidents.
It also excludes normal wear and tear, cosmetic damages, or any unauthorized modifications.
Warranty Claims Process:
To file a warranty claim, please contact Rhino Sawmills’ customer service with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
Rhino Sawmills may require additional information, photos, or an on-site inspection to assess the claim.
Approved warranty claims will be serviced by either repairing the machine or replacing faulty parts, as deemed appropriate.
