Introducing the Rhino V2 Horizontal Band Resaw with Auto Feed, a powerful resaw suitable for all your timber cutting needs. This resaw is suitable for large scale production in the toughest of conditions. The machine features a powerful saw motor along side the high quality feed system, which allows the machine to cut through even the hardest of woods. A really tough machine as attested by our satisfied customers.
The Rhino Resaw can cut timber cants of up to 440mm wide and cant heights of up to 300mm. All models are equipped with powerful 11kw electric motors.
Some additional noteworthy features include the high-quality auto feed system, which allows timber to be fed at fast speeds of up to 27 meters per minute, thereby providing large scale production capacity and the ability to adjust the feed speed according to the type of timber being cut. The machine also features a return roller table which allows the machine operators to easily and comfortably move the timber cants back to the in feed side of the machine – allowing for a continuous and smooth production flow.
Some of the finer details and design advantages include the body construction which consists of thick 5mm steel throughout, while the machine legs consist of extra thick 8mm steel. All parts are high quality powder coated which means better protection for the machine from the environment. The rise and fall system on the saw head features double stainless-steel chains on both sides of saw head which provides extra durability and precision.
The electric saw motor is of top of the range European quality to ensure that the machine operates at international standard.
